Research indicates that an uninsulated basement can account for over 33% of the total heat loss in your home.  That’s why our foundations feature a continuous layer of insulation bonded directly to the concrete, resulting in a high energy efficiency to help reduce energy costs.  We also feature R- 12.5 insulation and galvanized steel stud facings ready for drywall finishing.

Reduces Energy Leakage.  Building with Superior Walls insulated precast concrete wall panels provides your home with an excellent thermal envelope, minimizing the potential for energy leakage.  The combination of pre-engineered built-in insulation and high strength concrete is a great foundation for energy conservation.

Lowers Energy Utilities.  Built-in insulation helps lower energy loss through the basement walls.  The R-12.5 insulation throughout the wall panels minimizes thermal transfer.  The pre-studded wall panels include a cavity for additional insulation to maximize R-value.

Saves Valuable Natural Resources.  Since the foundation wall panels are engineered and manufactured with insulated concrete studs, Superior Walls reduces the amount of lumber, stone, sand and concrete in your new home.

Pre-Engineered for Energy and Strength.  Superior Walls 5000psi concrete, engineered with a lower water-to-cement ration, ensures durability and helps prevent the transfer of moisture through the wall.  A dry basement will limit the possibility of mold an other airborne fungus that can be found in traditional basements and affect air quality.

Reduces On-site Soil Contamination.  Superior Walls are built in an indoor production facility, thus there is no form oil used at the jobsite.  Because damproofing is built-in, (ESR-1662) there is no need to use on-site bituminous coatings. 

Reduces Jobsite Waste.  With the reduction of the building cycle time, there is less jobsite waste than a home using a traditional foundation.
